Disluxe is a Disney specialist travel agency. However, we specialize in the deluxe Disney destinations, from Walt Disney World to the Disney Cruise Line and Adventures by Disney. If you are going deluxe, and want to make sure it is done right, Disluxe is the place for you.
Disluxe has been in the Disney travel business since 2002, serving hundreds of clients each year who take Disney vacations around the world. We require that our agents know Disney backwards and forwards, and visit as often as possible. Our agents have personally visited Disney World, Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, cruised around the world on the Disney Cruise Line and even taken several Adventures by Disney. When we travel to Disney ourselves, we like to travel in style. If there is a deluxe Disney vacation you want to pursue, most likely, we have done it already personally.
A few notes about our services:
- All payments must go through Disluxe Travel, though your payments will be made by us directly to Disney. The appropriate Disney department will be the one who charges your credit card and holds all your money. If there is ever a problem with Disluxe Travel, you will be able to contact Disney directly.
- Disluxe will be your intermediary with Disney. If you have any questions or need help with anything, please contact us directly rather than contacting Disney. Since you will be working with Disluxe, Disney prefers that we continue to work with you to plan your vacation.
- For most reservations, Disney sends out travel documents to Disluxe first, which we then forward to you. Most of the time, the documents arrive in our offices 3 – 4 weeks before you travel, which gives us plenty of time to get them to you. Typically, these travel documents do not contain anything of real value (theme park passes).
We look forward to helping you plan your Disney vacation. If it were up to us, we would travel year round, but someone has to pay the bills. Helping clients plan a fantastic vacation is the next best thing to traveling ourselves.
